  • Yes. Customers must provide access to a working outdoor water source and electrical outlet at the location of service.

  • No. When used correctly, pre-wash products are safe and designed to loosen dirt and bugs before touching the paint, reducing the risk of scratches during washing.

  • Pre-wash products are applied without agitation. They are meant to break down dirt so it can be safely rinsed away before any contact wash begins.

  • Yes. Pet hair removal and stain/odor treatment are available as add-on services. Pricing depends on severity and is set when we inspect the vehicle, before work begins.
