Defining Details is a sole proprietorship owned and run by Ashton Hymer ("I", "me"). I provide mobile auto detailing in Southern Maine. This policy explains what information I collect and how I use it.

What I collect. When you contact me, book a service, or fill out a form (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), I may collect your name, phone number, email address, town or service address, vehicle details, and the answers you give about the service you want.

How I use it. Only to respond to you, schedule and perform your service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up about your service. I may also send you occasional offers; you can opt out at any time.

Sharing. I do not sell or rent your information. I share it only with service providers I use to run the business (for example my email, phone, and scheduling tools) or if required by law.

Website analytics and advertising. My website uses Google Analytics and may use the Meta Pixel to understand site visits and measure my ads. These tools may use cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
